Housing loan can also be insured with an insurance company, with a maximum loan repayment period of 20 years and a maximum loan amount of EUR 50,000.

The calculation is for informational purposes only and is not binding on the Bank. The informative calculation is based on the assumption that the variable interest rate does not change over the selected period. As a result of the rise in the variable interest rate, due to the increase of EURIBOR, the total repayment amount and the monthly annuity can increase significantly. If EURIBOR is a negative number, EURIBOR is considered to be zero (0). In the calculation is used EURIBOR 0.
The calculation of the EOM includes interest, approval and contracting costs. The EOM does not include the notarial costs, the costs of entering the mortgage into the land register and the costs of ancillary services from special offers, since they depend on conditions that cannot be defined at the time of informative calculation (eg. management fee depends on the type of current account). The EOM changes if any of the data used in the calculation changes. The EOM is calculated under the assumption that the loan is disbursed when the loan is transferred to repayment. In order to receive the offer under the above conditions, it is necessary to open a current account at Banca Intesa Sanpaolo d. d. Loan is also available without opening a current account, but in this case the loan interest rate may be higher.

* According to the ZPS (Slovenia's Consumer Union) comparator dated 9 March 2021, for housing loans with a variable interest rate for the loan amount of EUR 80,000 and a repayment period of 20 years. Check the possibility of obtaining a more favorable loan at our nearest branch.

  • Purpose of the loan: purchase, construction or renovation of real estate.
  • Loan amount: It depends on your creditworthiness, the value of the property or investment in it, your own interest and the type of loan insurance.
  • Loan insurance: by pledging real estate, by paying an insurance premium with an insurance company or by pledging a deposit.
  • Loan costs: they depend on the amount of loan and the cost of insurance depends on the type of insurance.
  • Repayment: normally loan is repaid from the salary (by transfer of the employer on the basis of an administrative disbursement ban).
  • Early repayment: you can repay the loan in part or in full at any time before the contractual deadline.
