How can I order cheques?
You can arrange to have your cheques issued at your nearest branch office, or you can order them online through Banka IN. In this event, your cheques will come in the mail.
What should I know about using cheques?
Cheques are issued in euros and you need to have an open transaction account with us to have them issued.
The payment amount on a regular cheque is unlimited, and it is redeemed if you have a coverage on your transaction account.
You can also choose to have certified cheques issued. These are the cheques where the bank guarantees payment up to the amount printed on the cheque. They are intended for payment of goods and services in large amounts with one cheque, either in Slovenia or abroad. When these are issued, an appropriate form of insurance is agreed upon.
You can view completed transactions based on the issued cheques redeemed through Banka IN and on your monthly transaction account statement.
